Notice Regarding the COVID-19 Crisis:

As the virus continues to spread, we continue to seek the wisdom of health care professionals and government leaders regarding the best options for reopening. The church remains closed for the foreseeable future. We don't have a set date for reopening at this time, but our Session meets monthly to discuss our options. The safety of our congregation and community remains our top priority.

Since we regrettably cannot meet as a congregation in our sanctuary, we have worked out a “next-best” plan for holding worship services. Please check your email every Saturday evening or Sunday morning for a link to the Youtube channel, which will air our Sunday service of that week. If you are not on our church email list, you may find the video by searching Youtube for “First Presbyterian Church of Highlands, NC,” and the services will appear according to date. If you would like to be added to our email list, please contact us at fpch@frontier.com.

We encourage you to view the video at 11:00 am so that we may all virtually attend worship together. Until we may meet again in person, Christ’s peace be with you all.
